hand-lay-up-1

HAND LAY UP

Hand lay-up is the most elementary way of making a composite part. After applying the gelcoat layer, the fibers and the resin are brought in and vented manually.

spray-up-1

SPRAY UP

In spray up we use a spray gun that sprays simultaneously resin and fiber after applying the gelcoat.

infusion-1

INFUSION

Infusion technique by using a foil with vacuum. The evacuation of the air does compacting the fabrics/reinforcing materials, which leads to maximum mechanical properties of the produced part.

RTM-light-1

RTM LIGHT

RTM light is a closed mold system. We work with a heated solid lower mold (gfk) and a very thin gfk upper mold.

RTM-1

RTM

RTM is a similar technique to the RTM light. The difference is that we work with solid heated lower and upper mold often milled (but it can also be constructed in epoxy composite material).

LCM-2

LCM

Low pressure Compound Molding is a technique that is used for higher amounts of products. We close the mold using presses after inserting the resin.
